Grieving the loss of a loved one is different for everyone. This workshop focuses on helping you begin to identify obstacles getting in the way of moving forward in your healing journey after loss. We will discuss practical skills toward navigating those obstacles and using our joy and gratitude as a foundation for new beginnings. *This workshop is not intended for those in the acute stages of grief (first 6 months after loss).
