Silver Sneakers
SilverSneakers is a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health. SilverSneakers sponsors activities and social events designed to keep those 65 and older healthy while encouraging social interaction.
Colorado Springs Senior Center
The Colorado Springs Senior Center is a place for aging adults 55 and up to stay active, participate in a wide range of diverse activities, enjoy a good meal and connect with their community.
